Sarah Elizabeth Degnitz

Welcome to my webpage!

This E-Portfolio serves as an extension of paper applications for prospective employers to learn more about me. Currently I am in my sixth semester as a fifth year senior here at Lebanon Valley College working towards my teaching certification. After I am finished with student teaching in the fall semester of 2008, I will graduate in December of the same year with a B.S. in Music Education. I will have teaching certification for K-12 music. I am currently in the process of taking my Praxis exams and have received all three of my clearances. My major instrument is piano, and I am especially interested in either teaching general music in the Elementary schools or choir on the high school level. I also played trumpet in my high school and college marching bands, and I would be interested in working on the staff of a high school marching band, if the school district had one.
