Ok, so not of the football kind, but this is what was happening outside our window Friday night. I'm just glad I noticed the water coming out of the street and called. 

If you guessed, water main break, you are correct!  They finally got started around 12:30 AM, and finished somewhere around 4 or 5.  Although I have to say, once they responded, they did a great job and the Palmyra police officer who arrived initially was outstanding.  As for the mess, well the street in front of the house still has about 1-2 inches of caked clay and mud, but otherwise they actually cleaned up pretty well.
